End-User License Agreement between you and PLS Inc

This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("THE COMPANY") and (PLS Inc) ("THE AUTHOR") the author of all Quick DeclineTM software products which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, trademarks, and "online" or electronic software and documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCTS").

 

(A) EULA

Previously defined definitions apply to the EULA described below.

End-User License Agreement for the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between THE COMPANY and THE AUTHOR of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS.

By purchasing a license(s), installing, downloading, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS, THE COMPANY agrees to be bounded by the terms of this EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not purchase a license(s), install, download, copy, or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
The SOFTWARE PRODUCTS license(s) are being sold for personal, commercial use, non-profit organization, or educational purpose. You are NOT allowed to make a charge for distributing The SOFTWARE PRODUCTS (either for profit or merely to recover your media and distribution costs) whether as a stand-alone product, or as part of a compilation or anthology, nor to use it for supporting your business or customers. It may not be distributed in anyway.

GRANT OF LICENSE

If you purchased a license(s) for the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS, this EULA grants you the following rights: Installation and Use. You may install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS on any number of machines that are owned and operated by THE COMPANY and working within THE COMPANY's network. A connection to THE COMPANY's network as well as the internet is required.

 

REPRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION

You may not reproduce or distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS in any way.

 

DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, Disassembly and change (add, delete, or modify) the resources in the compiled assembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, change, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS.

UPDATE AND MAINTENANCE
Upgrades and Maintenance for the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS are not guaranteed or included.

SEPERATION OF COMPONENTS
The SOFTWARE PRODUCTS is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

SOFTWARE TRANSFER
You may not transfer your rights under this EULA.

TERMINATION
Without prejudice to any other rights, THE AUTHOR of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS and all of its component parts.

COPYRIGHT
All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS (including but not limited to any images, photographs, clipart, libraries, and examples incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS are owned by the Author of this Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCTS are protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS like any other copyrighted material.

LIMITED WARRANTY

NO WARRANTIES.
THE AUTHOUR of these SOFTWARE PRODUCTS expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS. The SOFTWARE PRODUCTS and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS remains with you THE COMPANY.

NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
In no event shall THE AUTHOUR of these SOFTWARE PRODUCTS be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if THE AUTHOUR of these SOFTWARE PRODUCTS is aware of the possibility of such damages and known defects.
